-The fixed coded for the Allergy Problem Act act/code is incorrect.


Suggestion:

-5. SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] code (CONF:7477).

a. This code SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @code="CONC" Concern (CodeSystem: HL7ActClass 2.16.840.1.113883.5.6) OR this code SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @code="48765-2" Allergies, adverse reactions, alerts (CodeSystem: LOINC urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.6.1 STATIC) (CONF:26524).

Note: The 48765-2 is retained in R1.1 only for compatibility with early adopters of R1.1. The 'CONC' concept is preferred and used in R2.0 and R2.1
