Description
We were able to add the typeCode attribute using the Temple editor, but we got stuck on how to populate the id element in the attribute tag.

Description
Several of the conformances that are supposed to be changed are missing:  32385, 32389, 32391, 32633 are all missing.  All of the descriptions that go with the current constraints are missing. I would need to add all the missing conformance constraints descriptions AND add new constraints on the existing conformances to include the @typeCode conformance.  

I was not sure why the descriptions for the constraints were missing and if this is a sign of some larger problem.  Let's review.
