Change Request Status = Closed (ccda-issue-118): Erratum-1329 Remove Value Set Binding and Value Set
TypeChange RequestStatusChange Request Status = Closed PriorityNormal

Tracking / Status = Closed 2017-10-04 16:45:04: Tracking by Lisa Nelson
Description
This very easily could have been a big error because the errata report didn't show that there was already two MAY conformances on the translation element. If I has assumed the errata report writer was just sloppy and had listed the wrong conformance number, then I would have been wrong to have modifed a statement that did not have the exact CONF number as was listed in the report.  So---sometimes it is right to ignore the CONF numbers in the errata report and sometimes it is not right to do that.

This process needs to be improved.  I think CONF numbers need to matter.  We really need to use them and they help us "line-up" when we are working on the spec.
